How long do shipments take?

Our national shipments are made by Correos and take 2 to 3 working days to reach your home. When we send the order, you will receive the tracking number in your email and you will be able to check the status of your package. If you have any problems, contact us at info@satenier.com .

How can I return the order?

Yes, you can request a return for your order within 14 business days of delivery. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Contact us at info@satenier.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will explain the steps to follow. Returned items must be wrapped and unused; otherwise, returns cannot be processed. We do process refunds.

What size do I buy?

Each product has a drop-down menu with its measurement chart. You'll also find the height and size of each model so you can compare and decide which size best suits your body.

How can I find out about a restock?

If you have not been quick enough to get the product you were looking for, leave your email in the "notify me when available" section and when the size you are looking for is back in stock you will be notified by email.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

How do I care for my product?

We recommend that you follow the instructions found on the product label.
